As both a prime and a subcontractor, Dimension4, Inc. (D4) has delivered a variety of targeted technical services to many organizations within the DoD, including the US Navy. D4 has provided its services as a teaming partner across several zones. D4's technical approach has evolved using increasingly higher levels of automation and technology. This development has been primarily performed as a subcontractor delivering technical services and migrated graphical and integrated logistics content to the Government. D4 requests an IDIQ with Firm Fixed Prices (FFP) to deliver content to the Government directly without increased costs and overhead passed onto the Government as a result of working through a prime contactor.

D4's CEO leads with over 25 years of executive leadership experience in technology-based service industries. D4's CTO has developed specialized optical and pattern recognition software for over 20 years while D4's VP of Operations has over 30 years experience in operations management, primarily in the Engineering, Aerospace, and Imaging/Conversion industries.
